Orders in the Greater Phoenix area include free delivery if over $25.

Please allow 2 business days to process orders that require shipping outside the Phoenix metro area.
Orders are shipped via USPS.

Prepaid rental pumps may be returned prior to the end of the contract time.

Rental time will be calculated at the per month rate and the difference will be refunded.

For Example: Prepaid Symphony 3 month rental returned after 1 1/2 months.

$169 (3 month rate) - $69(1st month) -$69(2nd month) = $31 Refund

Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days. To make a return, call 480-515-9783, to receive an authorization number. Please return products with original documentation and packaging. Credits will be made to original credit card once merchandise is received.
